Hilary has been a key contributor to AVCON’s growth and strong reputation for excellence, bringing years of experience in planning, designing, and managing commercial, general aviation, and military airport projects. She has led complex assignments and general engineering consulting contracts that have strengthened client relationships and improved project delivery across the firm. With nearly five years of experience at the FAA as a Program Manager and Civil Engineer, Hilary brings valuable insight into regulatory coordination and compliance. She is committed to thorough quality control practices that ensure projects are accurate, efficient, and consistent, helping AVCON deliver outstanding results for its clients.
