All Star Movies Lodge, Chiller Replacement

This project included the replacement of ten (10) air-cooled chillers, each serving a 200-room hotel building. Initially field surveys were completed to verify the existing conditions. Unit design included new 100-ton chillers, chilled water pumps, and hydronic accessories. The chillers were provided with heat recovery to preheat domestic hot water to reduce boiler energy consumption. Electrical design included new services for chillers, pumps, and controls.
