Project Description
Panther Lake Elementary School design commenced in 2020, while construction began in 2021 and finished in 2022 for children of Winter Garden, Florida to use in the fall. AVCON provided plumbing and fire protection design and construction phase services for the entire 96,600 square foot facility. The school included a Cafeteria and Kitchen, Art, Music and Computer Labs, Multipurpose Labs, Enhanced Classroom Technology and more.
Project Highlights
- Basic Plumbing Systems supported Classrooms, Media, Dining, Kitchen and Admin buildings.
- Plumbing Systems include all sanitary waste and vent piping, storm drain piping, potable hot water, tempered and cold-water piping within 5 ft. of the exterior walls of buildings.
- Basic Fire Protection Systems supported Admin, Media, Dining, Kitchen and Classrooms.
